New Function: Smart Sleep Mode

We have innovatively integrated a Gesture Sensing Activation System into the cutter.

This system is designed to conserve battery power, extend the device’s operational time, and enhance the overall cutting experience.

How it Works (in Auto Mode):

• After being stationary horizontally for 10 seconds, the system will automatically switch to Smart Sleep Mode to save power and extend the operating time.
• Instantly activates with a “Beep” when you pick it up.

Tip: Use Manual Mode for continuous horizontal work lasting over 10 seconds to keep the system temporarily off.

New Feature: TPU anti-slip grip

The front of the handle features a TPU anti-slip grip combined with an ergonomic holding design.

Aluminum alloy shell

Seamless one-piece design achieves balanced weight distribution and also improves cooling efficiency.

Automatic Fan Cooling System

The addition of Automatic Fan Cooling System to the existing Dynamic Cooling System both extends usage duration and improves the efficiency of cutting high-density materials.

Select the mode via the Mode Button (Sliding switch)

The Mode Button (Sliding switch) three-mode design (OFF-ON-AUTO Mode) is maintained, extending the overall service life of the cutter.

Inching switch & Indicator light feedback

In addition to its original function of activating controlled energy output by pressing the button in Manual Mode (ON Mode), the surrounding light ring on the button now provides three-color light feedback corresponding to different device statuses:

• Red light: Charging / Overheating.
• Green light: In operation.
• Blue light: Standby (ON Mode) / Fully charged.

Indicator Light Differences During Charging & Plugged-In Use:
(1) While Charging (OFF): A RED light ring means charging. It turns GREEN when the battery hits 95%, after which it enters a slow trickle charge.
(2) Other Gears (ON / AUTO): Shows normal operational light status.
(3) Using While Plugged In: The device uses battery power while charging in the background. If the battery drops below 50%, the light ring turns RED. When you stop using it and it recharges to 95%, the light turns GREEN.

Upgraded real-time OLED screen feedback

The new OLED screen provides feedback covering four categories of core values, helping you intuitively monitor the handpiece’s working status:

• Battery Level: Visually displays the handpiece’s remaining battery power. （Plug Icon During Charging: When plugged in, the battery icon turns into a ‘plug symbol’ across all settings, so you won’t see the battery percentage while charging. To check the battery level, just unplug the cable and the screen will switch back to displaying your remaining power.)
• (NEW) Temperature: Real-Time Temp Display Upgrade – Shows internal temperature in 5°C variables (margin of error ±1°C). Features auto-shutoff protection when temp reaches ≥83°C for cooling.
• Energy Bar: Provides auxiliary visualization of the current energy level usage.
• Current Mode: Displays the currently selected mode out of the three available settings: OFF, ON, and AUTO.

Five blades + polishing stick cover diverse needs

The R&D team finalized 5 specialized blades and 1 polishing stick after numerous tests, making it easy to handle various everyday cutting tasks:

• 30° Angled Blade: Daily general cutting. Small contact surface = fast speed, basic precision.
• 60° Angled Blade: Daily cutting. Larger contact surface = slower speed, higher precision.
• 30° Narrow Blade: Tight-space precision cuts. Great for removing support legs in 3D print holes.
• 90° Straight Blade: Large-area peeling, thick materials. Good for dense burrs or mold trimming.
• 0° Narrow Blade: Wood carving, removing protrusions/grooves. Ideal for 3D print (PLA/ABS) burrs.
• Polishing Sticks: Metal deburring, plastic finishing, wood polishing, gypsum model processing, shell surface treatment, 3D-printed resin post-processing.

This dual-action blade features a “cut on one end, polish on the other” design. Our testing revealed that the polishing end is exceptionally effective for UV resin and stone clay, delivering a smooth, delicate finish. Significantly streamlines crafting and model-making.
