What JM-Y10 Ultrasonic Cutter & Polisher can do?

In short, our Handheld Ultrasonic Cutter & Polisher supports three modes: precision cutting, grinding, and polishing. It is particularly suitable for industrial manufacturing, creative design, model prototyping, craft enthusiasts, medical device producers, and packaging professionals. Applicable materials include:

• Cutting: Carbon fiber boards, acrylic sheets, leather, EVA foam, 3D-printed supports, PCBs, paper/corrugated cardboard, wood boards/sheets, plastic/rubber tubing, nylon, glass-LCD interfaces.
• Grinding/Polishing (New functions): Metal deburring, plastic finishing, wood polishing, gypsum model processing, shell surface treatment, 3D-printed resin post-processing.

While 99% of current models use standard 25mm 30° double-tip blade, our proprietary 24mm 30° fine point blade has demonstrated superior cutting efficiency in tests.

Basic version configuration as follows:

I.30° Fine Point Blade

• Regular basic blade.
• Can handle virtually all daily cutting needs.
• Smaller contact surfaces for faster, but less accurate cuts.

II.Polishing Sticks

• #800 mesh, it is suitable for polishing hard objects.
• Common materials such as coins, metal, shells, ceramics, jade, acrylic, plaster, circuit boards, resin, ABS, etc.

PRO version adds the following accessories to the basic version:

I.60° Fine Point Blade

• Regular basic blade.
• Can handle virtually all daily cutting needs.
• Larger contact surface, slightly slower cutting speed, but higher accuracy and precision.

II.30° Fine Point Blade

• Regular basic blade.
• Ideal for cutting jobs where space is at a premium.

III.Narrow Chisel Blade

• Special shaped blade.
• Ideal for grooving of softer materials.

IV.Cutting Straight Blade

• Special shaped blade.
• Ideal for large area peeling applications.

• Blade cover with storage compartment: This area is for storing spare blades and contains an S2 phosphated hex wrench to help with blade replacement.
